SharePoint Integration
Connect Microsoft SharePoint to import documents directly into Grantable.

What it does
The SharePoint integration lets you import documents from your Microsoft SharePoint sites directly into Grantable. Instead of downloading files and re-uploading them, you can connect your SharePoint account and import documents without leaving the platform.
Connecting SharePoint
- Go to Settings and select the Integrations tab
- Find SharePoint in the integrations list
- Click Connect
- Sign in with your Microsoft account and authorize Grantable to access your SharePoint files
Supported file types
SharePoint import supports the same file types as direct upload:
- PDF documents
- Word documents (.docx)
- Excel spreadsheets (.xlsx)
Privacy and access
- Grantable only accesses files you explicitly select for import
- Your SharePoint contents are not indexed or searched by Grantable
- You can disconnect SharePoint at any time from Settings → Integrations
- Disconnecting removes the link but does not delete files already imported
