Box Integration
Connect Box to import documents directly into Grantable.

What it does
The Box integration lets you import documents from your Box account directly into Grantable. Instead of downloading files and re-uploading them, you can connect Box and import documents without leaving the platform.
Connecting Box
- Go to Settings and select the Integrations tab
- Find Box in the integrations list
- Click Connect
- Sign in with your Box account and authorize Grantable to access your files
Supported file types
Box import supports the same file types as direct upload:
- PDF documents
- Word documents (.docx)
- Excel spreadsheets (.xlsx)
- Box Notes (converted to a compatible format on import)
Privacy and access
- Grantable only accesses files you explicitly select for import
- Your Box contents are not indexed or searched by Grantable
- You can disconnect Box at any time from Settings → Integrations
- Disconnecting removes the link but does not delete files already imported
