THE MISSION OF THE YWCA NATIONAL CAPITAL AREA IS TO ELIMINATE RACISM, EMPOWER WOMEN AND PROMOTE PEACE, JUSTICE, FREEDOM AND DIGNITY FOR ALL. OUR VISION IS TO BE RECOGNIZED AS A PREEMINENT LEADER IN EMPOWERING WOMEN AND GIRLS OF COLOR.
