THE YORK HEALTH FOUNDATION IS A COMMUNITY-BASED, NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION DEDICATED TO IMPROVING THE HEALTH OF THE LOCAL COMMUNITY BY GENERATING CHARITABLE CONTRIBUTIONS FOR THE YORK-BASED ENTITIES OF WELLSPAN HEALTH, INCLUDING YORK HOSPITAL, HEALTHY COMMUNITY PHARMACY, WELLSPAN MEDICAL GROUP, VNA HOME HEALTH AND SEVERAL COMMUNITY HEALTH AND OUTREACH PROGRAMS.
