THE PURPOSE OF THE XAVIER - SGO IS TO PROVIDE K-12 SCHOLARSHIPS, WITH A PRIORITY OF BENEFITING LOW-INCOME STUDENTS, IN ORDER TO (I) PROVIDE ACCESS TO STRONG CATHOLIC EDUCATION TAUGHT IN A SAFE, NURTURING, AND INCLUSIVE ENVIRONMENT, AND (II) ELIMINATE FINANCIAL BARRIERS FACING THESE STUDENTS WHEN TRYING TO RECEIVE SUCH EDUCATION.
