THE SPECIFIC PURPOSES OF THIS ORGANIZATION ARE TO:1) HELP WITH THE HOUSING NEEDS OF INDIVIDUALS IN LOW INCOME AREAS: 2) PROMOTE AND CARRY OUT SUCH OTHER ACTIVITIES AS MAY BE DEEMED ADVISABLE FOR THE BETTERMENT OF THE COMMUNITY SERVED: 3) COOPERATE WITH SERVICES AND PROGRAMS PROVIDING HELP AND ASSISTANCE WITH THE HOUSING NEEDS OF INDIVIDUALS IN LOW INCOME AREAS: 4) CONTRIBUTE TO THE GROWTH AND DEVELOPMENT OF SERVICES AND PROGRAMS ASSISTING WITH THE HOUSING NEED OF INDIVIDUALS IN LOW INCOME AREAS, AND 5) ACT AS A COMMUNITY HOUSING DEVELOPMENT ORGANIZATION AND TO BE FULLY COMPLIANT WITH ANY AND ALL STATUTES, LAWS, ORDINANCES, RULES, AND REGULATIONS GOVERNING SAME.
