WE ADDRESS LAWS, GOVERNMENT POLICIES AND PRIVATE PRACTICES THAT RESTRICT SEXUAL FREEDOM AND DISCRIMINATE AGAINST PEOPLE ON THE BASIS OF THEIR CONSENSUAL SEXUAL EXPRESSION.
