SEE SCHEDULE OTHE PURPOSES OF THE FOUNDATION SHALL BE TO AID AND ADVANCE THE MISSION OF WESTCHESTER COMMUNITY COLLEGE, A PUBLIC EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION. RECOGNIZING THAT PUBLIC EDUCATION IS A PUBLIC RESPONSIBILITY, THE FOUNDATION SHALL HAVE AS ITS GOAL THE DEVELOPMENT OF VOLUNTARY AND SUPPLEMENTAL SUPPORT THAT SHALL STRENGTHEN AND ENRICH THE EDUCATIONAL LIFE AND ENVIRONMENT OF WESTCHESTER COMMUNITY COLLEGE.
