THE FOUNDATION FACILITATES EQUITABLE ACCESS TO HEALTHCARE SERVICES FOR THE GREATER WATERBURY COMMUNITY. OUR FOUNDING PRINCIPLES ARE TO PROVIDE FOR THE HEALTHCARE NEEDS (INCLUDING MEDICAL EQUIPMENT AND EXPENSES) OF THE 13-TOWN GREATER WATERBURY COMMUNITY; TO PROTECT AND STEWARD CHARITABLE ASSETS; TO SUPPORT AND ENGAGE IN COMMUNITY PROJECTS, GRANTS, ACTIVITIES AND PROGRAMS THAT IMPROVE ACCESS TO HEALTHCARE AND ENHANCE THE HEALTH OF GREATER WATERBURY'S COMMUNITY, INCLUDING PREVENTATIVE HEALTH PROGRAMS; AND TO PROVIDE HEALTH EDUCATION AND TRAINING OF HEALTHCARE PROVIDERS AND EDUCATORS IN THE COMMUNITIES.
