THE CORPORATION IS ORGANIZED EXCLUSIVELY FOR CHARITABLE, RELIGIOUS, EDUCATIONAL, AND SCIENTIFIC PURPOSES, INCLUDING, FOR SUCH PURPOSES, THE MAKING OF DISTRIBUTIONS TO ORGANIZATIONS THAT QUALIFY AS EXEMPT ORGANIZATIONS DESCRIBED UNDER I.R.C. SECTION 501(C)(3). THE CORPORATION'S PURPOSE IS TO REPRESENT THE GOODWILL OF INDEPENDENT USED CAR DEALERS TO HELP ALL COLORADO COMMUNITIES WITH AID, SCHOLARSHIPS AND SUPPORT IN ORDER TO MAKE A POSITIVE DIFFERENCE WITH FAMILIES OF COLORADO.
