THE FOUNDATION MANAGES ASSETS, PROMOTES A GENERAL INTEREST IN THE SPORT AND ENGAGES IN ANY OTHER EXEMPT ACTIVITY WHICH BENEFITS OR CARRIES OUT THE FUNCTIONS AND PURPOSES OF THE SUPPORTED ORGANIZATION.
