The United Way Foundation of the Capital Region (the Foundation) was established with the purpose of supporting the mission of the United Way by soliciting, investing and maintaining funds designated by the board or donors to function as an endowment for the benefit of the United Way. The Foundation works to provide a stable base of funding for challenging economic times and for meeting community needs as they change over time.
