THE FUND IS INTENDED TO BE USED FOR GENERAL CHARITABLE PURPOSES WHICH ARE IN FURTHERANCE OF THE PURPOSES OF THE CLEVELAND FOUNDATION AND THE JEWISH FEDERATION OF CLEVELAND. WITHIN THIS FRAMEWORK, PREFERENCES WILL BE GIVEN PARTICULARLY TO SUPPORT RESEARCH AND DEMONSTRATION PROJECTS IN THE FIELDS OF HEALTH AND WELFARE, EDUCATION, HOUSING, CULTURAL AFFAIRS, AND OTHER HUMAN SERVICE ACTIVITIES WHOSE WORTHINESS IS OF THE HIGHEST CHARACTER.
