UNITED WAY OF SOUTHEAST MISSISSIPPI IMPROVES LIVES BY MOBILIZING THE CARING POWER OF COMMUNITIES AROUND OF SOUTHEAST MISSISSIPPI TO ADVANCE THE COMMON GOOD. UNITED WAY OF SOUTHEAST MISSISSIPPI IS GOVERNED BY A VOLUNTEER BOARD OF DIRECTORS FROM ITS FOUR COUNTY SERVICE AREA. OUR FOCUS IS ON IMPROVING THE EDUCATION, FINANCIAL STABILITY AND HEALTH OF FAMILIES IN OUR COMMUNITIES. THIS IS ACCOMPLISHED THROUGH PARTNERSHIPS WITH LOCAL COMPANIES, GOVERNMENTS, NONPROFITS AND OTHER ORGANIZATIONS.
