THE ORGANIZATION IS NON-PARTISAN AND, IN THE BEST TRADITIONS OF AMERICAN JOURNALISM, SEEKS TO ENCOURAGE AND ENABLE JOURNALISTS TO BE THE EYES AND EARS FOR THEIR READERS AND HOLD THE POWERFUL ACCOUNTABLE.
