TO PREVENT ABUSE, AND PROMOTE KINDNESS, TO ANIMALS THROUGHOUT THE UNITED STATES THROUGH A PUBLIC AWARENESS CAMPAIGN FEATURING IMAGES OF CELEBRITIES AND PUBLIC FIGURES AND THEIR PETS; TO EDUCATE THE PUBLIC, ESPECIALLY YOUTH AROUND THE ISSUE OF CRUELTY TO ANIMALS AND THE POTENTIAL LEGAL CONSEQUENCES; TO EDUCATE THE PUBLIC, ESPECIALLY YOUTH, THROUGH SLOGANS SUCH AS "ONLY A PUNK WOULD HURT A CAT OR DOG" THAT CRUELTY TO ANIMALS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE SOCIAL BEHAVIOR, AS DEMONSTRATED THROUGH THE IMAGES OF CELEBRITIES AND PUBLIC FIGURES AND THEIR PETS, WHO ARE OPPOSED TO ANIMAL CRUELTY; AND TO ENGAGE IN ANY OTHER ACTIVITIES WHICH ARE NOT INCONSISTENT WITH SECTION 501(C)(3) OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE AND APPLICABLE STATE LAW.
