THE DIRECTORS AND OFFICERS NAMED HEREIN ARE ACTING BY THE AUTHORITY OF AND UNDER THE JURISDICTION OF THE SUPREME COUNCIL 33, ANCIENT AND ACCEPTED SCOTTISH RITE OF FREEMASONRY, SOUTHERN JURISDICTION, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA (HEREINAFTER THE SUPREME COUNCIL.) THE PURPOSE OF THE FOUNDATION IS TO HELP CHILDREN LEARN TO SPEAK, READ AND WRITE BY SUPPORTING LEARNING CENTERS THROUGHOUT THE STATE USING THE SCOTTISH RITE PROGRAM AND OTHER CHARITABLE AND EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITIES.
