THE MISSION OF THE ODCTA IS TO PROMOTE AND EXPAND TENNIS IN THE REGION, THROUGH PROGRAMMING FOR YOUTH AND ADULTS AT ALL LEVELS OF PLAY. THE ULTIMATE GOAL IS TO ENHANCE THE HEALTH AND PHYSICAL WELL BEING OF THE COMMUNITY THROUGH THE ENJOYMENT OF TENNIS.
