WE ALSO CULTIVATE COMMUNITY THROUGHOUT THE US, IN CITIES WHERE THE CELLULAR CONNECTION, LLC (TCC) HAS A RETAIL FOOTPRINT, THROUGH VOLUNTEERISM AND VICTIM ADVOCACY AS A WAY TO GIVE MORE THAN A PHONE.
