TO EXERCISE ANY, ALL AND EVERY LAWFUL POWER OF A NONPROFIT CORPORATION ORGANIZED UNDER MISSOURI LAW; PROVIDED, HOWEVER, THAT NOTHING HEREIN SHALL BE CONSTRUED TO GIVE THE CORPORATION ANY PURPOSE THAT IS NOT PERMITTED UNDER INTERNAL REVENUE CODE SECTION 501(C)(3).
