THE ORDER OF THE EASTERN STAR IN NORTH CAROLINA WILL BE A VIABLE, RELEVANT, AND DYNAMIC FRATERNITY THROUGHOUT THE STATE, PROVIDING A SOURCE OF SERVICE FOR BOTH WOMEN AND MEN OF OUR COMMUNITIES TO MAKE A POSITIVE DIFFERENCE IN THE LIVES OF OUR NEIGHBORS, AND SET AN EXAMPLE FOR OTHERS TO FOLLOW.
