GCAC'S VISION IS FOR GARRETT COUNTY TO HAVE A VIBRANT AND SUSTAINABLE ARTS COMMUNITY FOR ARTISTS, THEIR AUDIENCES, AND THE COMMUNITY AT LARGE. THE ARTS CONNECT OUR SHARED HUMANITY, AND TRANSFORM INDIVIDUALS AND OUR GARRETT COUNTY COMMUNITY AND REGION.
