THE MISSION IS TO ESTABLISH CLOSER RELATIONS BETWEEN THE TOPEKA AND SHAWNEE COUNTY PUBLIC LIBRARY AND THE PEOPLE IT SERVES; TO AID, PROMOTE, DEVELOP, AND ADVANCE THE OPERATION OF THE LIBRARY; AND TO SUPPORT AND COOPERATE WITH THE LIBRARY IN DEVLEOPING COMMUNITY SERVICES.
