The mission of FFTA Properties Inc. (Properties) is to own, renovate and preserve facilities which are used primarily to support initiatives important to the success of the Metro Louisville arts community. The Center was called ArtSpace which serves as home for various Arts organizations including the Kentucky Opera, Kentucky Shakespeare, West Louisville Performing Arts Academy, CirqueLouie and Acting Against Cancer. The building was sold in May 2021.
