WHILE SEMICONDUCTOR MANUFACTURING COMPANIES AND THEIR CUSTOMERS ARE MEMBERS OF OTHER BUSINESS ASSOCIATIONS AND ALLIANCES, A COORDINATED APPROACH TO THE UNIQUE NEEDS OF THE INDUSTRY WAS NOT BEING ADDRESSED, THUS THE FORMATION OF THE FABSS TEXAS COALITION.
