DDAL SUPPORTED THOSE WHO WORKED WITH THE U.S. CONGRESS, GOVERNMENT AGENCIES, AND STATE OFFICIALS TO PASS NEW LAWS AND ENFORCE EXISTING LAWS THAT REDUCE THE SUFFERING OF ANIMALS ANYWHERE THEY ARE MISTREATED.
