THE FOUNDATION PROVIDES FINANCIAL SUPPORT FOR EDUCATIONAL, CIVIC, RECREATIONAL AND CULTURAL ACTIVITIES, PROGRAMS, INSTITUTIONS, FACILITIES AND ORGANIZATIONS AND THOSE SERVING YOUTH AND PROMOTING THE HEALTH, SAFETY AND GENERAL WELFARE PRINCIPALLY OF PERSONS RESIDING WITHIN THE BOUNDARIES OF THE DALLAS SCHOOL DISTRICT. THE FOUNDATION ALSO ADMINISTERS SCHOLARSHIPS FOR GRADUATES FROM PUBLIC AND PRIVATE HIGH SCHOOLS LOCATED WITHIN THE GEOGRAPHICAL BOUNDARIES OF THE DALLAS SCHOOL DISTRICT AND REGISTERED WITH THE STATE OF OREGON DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION.
