Cities for Urban Revitalization & Enhancement Inc
Land CURE's Purpose is to engage in neighborhood stabilization. Specifically, Land CURE focuses on the neighborhoods within the City of Hazel Park. Land CURE accomplishes this mission by acquiring homes through the State of Michigan's tax delinquent foreclosure process. Land CURE keeps these properties away from slumlords and speculators. Land CURE sell the rehabilitated properties to owner occupants who agree to stay in the house for 2 to 5 years.
