WE FACILITATE THE ROLE OF RABBIS IN PROMOTING, PUBLISHING, AND EXPOUNDING BELIEFS AND PRACTICES IN ACCORDANCE WITH JEWISH LAW AND TRADITION TO ALL MEMBERS OF THE JEWISH FAITH AND OTHERS.
