THE SPECIFIC AND PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THIS CORPORATION IS TO ENGAGE IN CHARITABLE, EDUCATIONAL, AND SCIENTIFIC PURPOSES WITHIN THE MEANING OF SECTION 501(C)(3) OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE OF 1986, AS AMENDED, AND THE TREASURY REGULATIONS PROMULGATED THEREUNDER, PER THE CORRESPONDING PROVISION OF ANY FUTURE UNITED STATES INTERNAL REVENUE LAW (THE "CODE"), FOR THE BENEFIT OF, OR TO CONDUCT OR CARRY OUT THE PURPOSES OF THE CENCORA TEAM ASSISTANCE FUND, A NONPROFIT, CHARITABLE AND EDUCATIONAL ORGANIZATION THAT IS EXEMPT FROM FEDERAL INCOME TAX UNDER SECTION 501(C)(3) OF THE CODE AND WHICH IS NOT A PRIVATE FOUNDATION UNDER SECTION 509(A) (THE SUPPORTED TAX-EXEMPT ORGANIZATION).
