PROGRAMS ARE IN EXISTENCE. SCHOLARSHIPS ARE AWARDED FOR THE BENEFIT OF STUDENTS THAT ENCOURAGE COMMUNITY SERVICE, VOLUNTEERISM, GOOD CITIZENSHIP, CALL ATTENTION TO THE DANGERS OF DISTRACTED DRIVING AND DECISION MAKING.
