BHHS Legacy Foundation was created in 2000 from the sale of Baptist Hospitals and Health Systems to support health-related community organizations in Greater Phoenix and the Tri-State region. The Foundation and its affiliate Legacy Connection have invested more than $130 million to improve the health and quality of life of underserved populations including children, families, and seniors through grants supporting increased access to healthcare, improved community health, expanded healthcare workforce, and strengthened communities.
