WE ENVISION A COMMUNITY IN WHICH PEOPLE WITH ENDURING INTELLECTUAL, DEVELOPMENTAL, AND PHYSICAL DISABILITIES ARE ENGAGED FULLY AND MEANINGFULLY IN ALL ASPECTS OF COMMUNITY LIFE.
