THE ORGANIZATION'S PURPOSE IS TO SERVE AS A CHARITABLE ORG.TO WHICH INDIVIDUALS AND BUSINESSES ASSOCIATED WITH THE MUSIC ENTERTAINMENT INDUSTRY WILL BE ENCOURAGED TO PROVIDE CONTRIBUTIONS AND OTHER SUPPORT FOR USE IN PROMOTING CHARITABLE PURPOSES WHICH INCLUDES ADVANCEMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION,CLEAN ENERGY,ARTS,EDUCATION,SOCIAL JUSTICE AND ASSISTANCE DUE TO NATURAL DISASTER ADVANCING ITS PURPOSES THROUGH GRANTMAKING TO OTHER 501(C)(3) ORGANIZATIONS THAT WORK IN THESE FIELDS AND THROUGH THE OPERATION OF SPECIFIC PROGRAMS LIKE ERECTING INFO BOOTHS AND AREAS AT CONCERTS TO EDUCATE AND ENLIGHTEN CONCERT ATTENDEES,AND TO DISTRIBUTE INFORMATION THROUGH THE BAND APPROVED WEBSITES.THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES AID AND OTHER SUPPORT TO NEEDY,UNDERPRIVILEDGED INDIVIDUALS WHO ONCE HAD CAREERS IN THE MUSIC INDUSTRY AND HAVE FALLEN ON HARD TIMES OR WHO HAVE PROVEN A LONG TERM COMMITMENT TO PROMOTE SOCIAL WELFARE BUT ARE NOW IN FINANCIAL NEED AND DISTRESS OR ARE IN EMERGENCY MEDICAL NEED.
