THE CORPORATION WILL OPERATE EXCLUSIVELY FOR THE BENEFIT OF OR TO CARRY OUT THE PURPOSES OF THE MADLYN AND LEONARD ABRAMSON CENTER FOR JEWISH LIFE, A PENNSYLVANIA NONPROFIT CORPORATION INCORPORATED EXCLUSIVELY FOR CHARITABLE, RELIGIOUS, SCIENTIFIC AND SOCIAL WELFARE PURPOSES AND FOR THE PHYSICAL, SOCIAL AND PSYCHOLOGICAL NEEDS AND WELFARE OF THE AGED, INCLUDING THE CHRONICALLY ILL AGED, AND FOR RESEARCH ON THE PROBLEMS OF THE AGED, BOTH MENTAL AND PHYSICAL, WITHIN THE MEANING OF SECTION 501(C)(3) OF THE CODE.
